We recommend regular servicing every six months is the best way to help maintain the safety, performance and longevity of your golf cart while also preventing potential issues from becoming costly repairs. It’s a proactive way to ensure a smooth and enjoyable ride every time you hit the course.

Labour for the Service

Drain and renew engine oil (Petrol)

Replace oil filter if fitted (Petrol)

Replace air filter (Petrol)

Replace fuel filter(s) (petrol)

Clean and adjust Brakes

Ensure all brake linkages and cables are free to move efficiently

Grease any relevant points

Check tyre pressures

Renew engine spark plug (Petrol)

Check drive belt for wear (Petrol)

Check and adjust starter belt (Petrol)

Tighten any loose bolts and ensure parts are in good working order

 Check and top up distilled battery water (electric)

Tighten battery terminals

Check battery cables for corrosion

Check charging circuit

Inspect any lights

Check steering joints and linkages

Check suspension components including bushes

Check front wheel bearings

Check and adjust wheel alignment

Run and test cart

If you’ve noticed corrosion buildup on the top of your batteries or white powder on the floor where you park your golf cart, it’s crucial to take action. Corrosion can negatively impact battery performance and damage components. Regular maintenance can help keep your batteries in optimal condition and prevent further issues. 

Our service includes: 

Removing batteries and neutralizing acid overflow 

Clearing solid corrosion buildup from the battery tray and cart underside  

New set of battery nuts and leads fitted. 

Top up your battery water levels to correct specifications. 

This can take up to two hours, depending on the level of corrosion build up.
